After 86 years of love, light, and laughter, Earlene was called home by her heavenly Father on Friday, April 24, 2026. She transitioned peacefully, surrounded by care and compassion. Now, reunited with family, friends, and loved ones who have gone before her, her spirit may continue its journey. May her memory be a blessing.

CEREMONY Information
Answers to frequently asked questions. If you have another inquiry or comment, please email: hello@earlenewilliams.com
Currently, the wake and ceremony are to be held at Christian Parish for Spiritual Renewal located at 2044 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. Originally, Owen’s Funeral Home was the location, but due to accessibility issues for some of the attendees, the location was changed.
Don’t worry, your love can still be felt and expressed at the service. Please use our form above to let your thoughts and feelings be known. We will read each comment during the service. We are also making arrangements for the service to be livestreamed via Zoom or YouTube. Stay tuned for further details on this.
Earlene showed love no matter how your were dressed, and nothing has changed. Your presence, comfort, and condolences means more than the clothing you are wearing. We only ask that you wear a touch of purple, if possible as it is Earlene’s favorite color.
The thought is deeply appreciated, but if you know Earlene Williams, you know handling her business is first and foremost. Her arrangements have been fully taken care of. If you would like to make a donation, please do so to the New York ASPCA, or New York Humane Society in Earlene’s name.

“The mother of our church who is well missed. My heart is broken. She is a woman of integrity who always says ‘I leave it in God’s hands, not to worry’. I truly thank God for the wisdom and knowledge she has shared with me”
